State Monuments

There’s some talk out West about finally commemorating the 74 and 76 state championships with monuments. Where to start? What companies have been used in the past? Marathon is a poor district so I’m sure oilfield that’s in the area would lend a hand.

Talk to your local undertaker, about who in the area does the best work/has the best prices on headstones in the area. If you want to do it in stone. Strawn did that at the field. They also erected steel monuments on the side of the road coming into town. State of Texas 10' tall, braced, anchored in concrete. If you've got welders available, with the equipment available today, some are artists. Food for thought.
