Have never known of this program to be super low on numbers. Disappointing for the other players and the community.

They must have been at the bare minimum to start. I'm pretty sure they participated in a scrimmage the week before the season started.

Hope to see Walnut Springs fielding a team in the future. Hate to see them shorthanded.

Per DCTF they graduated 11 players from their 2024 team and returned only 1 player total.

Bummer for the kids that did come out and for the teams on their schedule but hope they can get back out for 2026.

Maybe some JV games this fall to keep kids interested?
