Rocksprings ISD is launching a first-year High School Baseball program and is seeking a high-character Head Baseball Coach to build and lead our program from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated coach with experience who is ready to establish culture, fundamentals, and long-term success. You’ll be leading a brand-new program with strong administrative support, committed student-athletes, and an excited community ready to support baseball in Rocksprings.
Ideal candidate will:
• Have previous baseball coaching experience (Head Coach preferred)
• Be passionate about building a program and developing student-athletes on and off the field
• Work collaboratively with all athletic staff
• Advocate for all student-athletes
• Be certified in a core subject or SPED (or eligible for alternative certification)
• Hold or be willing to obtain a CDL
• Be willing to assist with football and coach a winter sport
Position includes:
