Records

Well I am just looking for any and all records. wins-losses and stats for specific school.

In that case, you can find scoring archives here on this site (1994 to current), on LoneStarFootball.net and at MaxPreps. I'm sure there are others, but those are the ones that I'd use if I were looking for something.

I love that field goals in sixman are so rare, one is a record for a season and a career. I've been watching sixman since 2002 and I've only seen one attempt in person, and it was no good.
I was lucky enough to see my son kick one 2 years ago against McLean with seven seconds left to win the game. Miami was down by 2, then went up by 2 and that helped seal their playoff spot. It is supposedly the only field goal to win a game in the end of a game in 6 man history. No one has been able to verify nor deny this claim, so who knows.

I’m gonna say no way…in the entire history of the game that is true!!

Nonetheless….you rarely see it and what a great way to win it!

Hal Rogers of Miami (class of 03) hit a game winning field goal against Fort Elliot with 1 second on the clock left. Miami was down by 1. This was fall 2001. He was a junior. It was a 33 yard field goal. He nailed it from the right hash to win the game and give Miami a playoff berth. Coach Smith from Fort Elliot had 3 timeouts left and used every one of them. Tried to ice Rogers but it didn't work. He kicked it right in the middle of the uprights. Granted he was 1st team all-state as a kicker.

Amazing! Its really sad Miami doesn't have more records and stories like this stored historically for future classes. I know several schools are very good at this, and Maybe someday Miami can have a wall of fame for all sports, not just track records.
