Coach Potts is a great young coach. She is very underrated as a coach. If she goes somewhere where there is talent then I feel for the other schools in her district and area. Rankin lost a great thing.

Why does everyone assume something is going on? Coaches can retire, they can leave for a better job/promotion, spouses may find better jobs, the coach could have been fired for non athletic reasons, there is a number of different reasons that could factor into multiple coaches leaving during the same time. Not saying that there aren't some instances where something is actually going on where people can't work together or whatever but to assume "something must be going on" is stupidity and I'm tired of hearing about it. It's not fair to the school, to the coaches, or the kids to assume "something is going on" every time a few coaches choose to leave during the same school year. Give me a break.
