A Bachelor’s Degree is required. A secondary Texas teaching certificate is required.
Rankin ISD is a small 1-A school in West Texas with excellent facilities and competitive compensation. Coaching Stipends range from $6,000-$10,000, depending on the coaching assignments. Rankin ISD contributes $714 per month toward health insurance, has low rent school housing, 5% matching annuity, an annual teaching performance bonus of $3000, an annual retention bonus of $2,500, $8,625 above state base, and a $40,000 life insurance policy paid for by the district.
