Rankin ISD is searching for a secondary teacher (field open) with coaching duties. Potential coaching duties include assisting in Football, Basketball, Track (area yet to be determined) and a Spring Sport (tennis or golf, based on experience).
A Bachelor’s Degree is required. A secondary Texas teaching certificate is preferred but applicants in a post-bac program will be considered. CDL or willingness to obtain a CDL will be taken into consideration.
Rankin ISD is a small 1-A school in West Texas with excellent facilities and competitive compensation. Coaching Stipends range from $3500-$8000, depending on the coaching assignments. Rankin ISD contributes $714 per month toward health insurance, has low rent school housing, 5% matching annuity, an annual teaching performance bonus of $3000, an annual retention bonus of $2500, $8625 above state base and a $40,000 life insurance policy paid for by the district.
