Just curious, but how can someone that has never coached, be a proven program builder? Once again, just curious, I'm listening carefully.

I have coached for 30+ years
2 brand new school programs from scratch
Took 2 6 man programs in disarray to playoffs
A team had lost 29 games in row. We built from 20 kids out to 77 kids out Fr JV Var in two years (3a school)
