1 Richland Springs - Started at #1 and finished at #2, switching positions with Throckmorton. 2012 Division II state champions. Finsihed a perfect 15-0, the only UIL program to achieve this accomplishment this season. Extended current winning streak to 45, extended current home winning streak to 62, extended consecutive state championships to 3. 45'd all 10 of their regular season opponents, and their first playoff game opponent, as well as their last. Won against Oglesby, Milford, Jonesboro, Strawn, and Follett in the playoffs to win the State Championship. Became the first team in 6 man football to be crowned State Champions 6 times.

2 Throckmorton - Started at #2 and finished at #1, switching positions with Richland Springs. 2012 Division I state champions. Finished at 14-1 with their only loss being to TAPPS Div I state champion Dallas the Covenant in week 2. 45'd seven of their opponents, including both of their first 2 playoff opponents. Defeated Rotan, Water Valley, Rankin, Valley and Abbott to claim the top title. Extended current consecutive state championships to 2. Making their total state titles 3.

3 Borden County - Finished at #5 with a record of 9-3. Their 3 losses came at the hands of Valley, Water Valley and Crowell, all top 15 teams. Won district DI-4. Lost to Valley in the second round of the playoffs.

4 Ira - Finished at #8 with a record of 11-1. Won district DI-7. Lost to Rankin in the second round of the playoffs. Sr RB Lance Morris broke the all time high school rushing record and finished his career with 11871 yards on 828 carries with 179 touchdowns

5 Abbott -Finished at #9 with a record of 12-3. Made first ever trip to the state championship where they lost to Throckmorton. Won District DI-13.
 
6 Meadow - Finished at #20 with an 8-3 record. District DI-3 runner-up to Ropes. Lost in first round to Borden County.

7 Valley - Finished at #3 with a 12-2 record. Both losses came to eventual state champions, TAPPS DI Dallas the Covenant and UIL DI Throckmorton in the state semi-finals. Won District DI-2.

8 Water Valley - Finished at #11 with a final record of 11-1. Only loss came in round 2 of the playoffs to eventual state champion Throckmorton. Won District DI-6.

9 Rankin - Finished at #6 with a final record of 11-2. Losses were to Borden County and eventual state champion Throckmorton in state quarter-finals. Won district DI-5.

10 Zephyr - Finished at #27 with a 7-4 record. Losses were all to playoff teams, Milford, Oakwood, District opponent Santa Anna and a loss in the first round playoff game to Gordon. Tied with Rochelle and Santa Anna in District I-9 for first place, earned 2nd seed for playoffs via coin flip.
 
11 Oakwood - Finished at #35 with a 9-3 record. 3 Losses came at the hands of playoff teams Milford, Jonesboro, and eventual state finalist Abbott in the state quarter-finals. Won district DI-16.

12 Motley County - Finished at #31 with an 11-2 record. Losses came from DI state champions Throckmorton and DII state finalist Follett in state quarter-finals. Won district DII-2.

13 Petersburg - Finished at #16 with an 11-2 record. Both losses came from DI semi-finalist Valley. Once in district DI-2 play where they finished district runner-up, the other in the state quarter-finals.

14 Sterling City - Finished at #32 with a 6-5 record. All 5 losses were to playoff teams, Garden City, Robert Lee, Grady, District foe Water Valley in district DI-6 where they finished runner-up, and Rankin in the first round of the playoffs.

15 Gordon - Finished right where they started at #15 with a 10-4 record. Losses were to Ira, TCAL DII state champion Stephenville Faith, UIL DII state champion Richland Springs, and state finalist Abbott in the semi-finals. Won DI-10.
 
16 Robert Lee - Finished at #18 with a 10-2 record. Losses were to Water Valley early in the season and Grandfalls-Royalty in the second round. Won district DII-8.

17 Rotan - Finished at #59 with a 2-9 record. This was their first season as a six man team. They did however make the playoffs, with both of their wins coming in district play and finished runner-up in DI-7. Lost first and last games (first round) to eventual state Champion Throckmorton. Their schedule was one of the toughest schedules in all of six-man, so don't let the record fool you, they were a pretty good team.

18 Follett - Finished #7 with a 9-5 record. Their first 4 losses came from DI playoff teams, and their final loss came in the state championship game to Richland Springs. Won district DII-1.

19 Fort Davis - Finished at #83 with a 3-7 record. The only pre-season top 20 team that failed to make the playoffs.

20 Miami - Finished at #30 with a 9-2 record. Losses were to Follett and then to Petersburg in the first round of the playoffs. Won district DI-1.
