My guys were pumped this week and were ready to play. Last nights game was just a matter of being out gunned and out played. We came out and scored first and were up for all of about 2 plays. Brenham is very good at finding your weakness and exposing it. As far as #7 being good, yes. So are the other 5 on offense and defense. So good luck to Brenham the rest of the year and good luck to anybody who gets in their way.

I will tell you madam that our team as a whole really likes the Brenham guys and says they play hard, and are clean. Are not cocky and smack talkers- just respectable young men. In fact, after ya'll beat us last year, my son said it was too cool. The Brenham players were celebrating in their locker room and dancing to the music of "What is Love..Don't hurt me ..no more" .My son said, "Dad thats exactly what we would have been doing" And it actually started a tradition with our guys.....They now have a victory dance to some popular hip/op song that is epic to watch...so in a way , Brenham taught us to dance...God Bless6manmomma":25wyzeh4 said:You guys always have such nice things to say about our Brenham boys. Yes, they are good - and good at working together. But the thing that means the most to me is that they fight fair and win with good sportsmanship. It doesn't mean a thing to win if you act like a donkey rear end.
The only thing that I could see that Pine Drive lacked - more players! They were quite good - hard to bring down even when you had a hold of them - made good passes. FAST runners! If they had about twice as many players it would of been a real even game. They should be very proud of the job they did.
