Working through the mountain of VHS tapes I have to digitize and came across some 1986 Cherokee films that I found note worthy.
Their first game of the 1986 season was against the newly formed Panther Creek school made up of former schools Mozelle and Talpa-Centennial. Game played at Cherokee and was a pretty good game with Panher Creek winning 20-15. I really like at the beginning a man is teaching a kid how to operate the camera.
Cherokee's next game in 1986 was against Strawn at Strawn. I like this film for two reasons:
1. It is filmed on the visitors side so you get a good view of the Strawn home side which looks different from how it is today
2. Strawn is running the Veer offense which is always fun to see
Also this is a very competitive game
