Opening Week Events?

Hey Tony,
Wasn't sure about the Friday night game, checked KFW and LJBC websites
this morning and both show that game to be in Lake Jackson.
I know E-W had at least one cancellation due to schools not fielding a team this season.
Also wanted to be sure there weren't any last minute changes.

Yeah. Haven't seen anything from the school or the new coach so just passing on what I have seen. Wouldn't put much faith in accuracy.

Wish it wasn't so difficult to get accurate information on schedules. I guess some schools are still scrambling to find games. I'll keep you posted if I find out anything definite.

Sixisenough and I are bummed big time about Hico. We've been going there gotta be 12 years now. Our annual get ready for Six Man Football is season is over. What a shame...

I came throug Jayton today for the first time in 4-5 years. I thought they had a Allsup's or something but saw nothing that looked like a convenience store. I needed to pee and wanted an ice cream bar. Aspermmont was a welcome sight. Might want to ice down some waters or sodas, bring a bach of chips. I've no idea about concessions at the event.

Jayton generally puts on a pretty good concession stand.
