Opening for weeks 5 or 6- looking for scrimmage Aug. 14

Kerrville Our Lady of the Hills is looking to fill one game on either week 5 (Oct. 4th) or week 6 (Oct. 11th). We currently have 5 away games already booked and 4 home games, so our preference is to host this game. We are interested in a 2 year committment (rotating locations) in addition to playing a JV game on the same week.

We are also looking to participate in a scrimmage on the week of Aug. 14th. We can also bring our JV team and we are willing to travel to Dallas/Houston/Central Texas areas.

We are a TAPPS Division 1 team.

Chris ... just an "FYI" ... 2013 is the second year of the customary two-year scheduling cycle; most schools will reschedule on a two year cycle for 2014 and 2015 once TAPPS and UIL go through their realignment process.

You might schedule a week 5 or 6 game this year for two years and find out that in 2014 you'll need that week to fit in a new district opponent.

Plan on making a one year deal for 2013, maybe with the agreement to extend it to 2014 and 2015 subject to redistricting concerns.

Yes I'm aware of that, my intentions were to at least let those interested know that we could tenatively plan on locking down something in return for coming our way this year. Thanks for the heads up though.
