In my day as a school kid, the answer to a bully is to punch him/her as hard as you can. They might turn around and beat you, but after that they'll move on to another target they figure won't fight back. If everyone does that, the bully, who BTW is a coward, has no one he can safely pick on.

Today's answer for bullying is a total POS lib position. Punishing someone for fighting back is also a coward's position.
