I don't much care for these
newfangled fenced in football fields.
I miss the days
where the real little ones
were free

and a mut like me could wander out onto the field once in a while.

The superficial improvements are WAY overbalanced by the tendency to suckiness that overwhelms the greatest ideals of every civilization.
Fallen man is just not cut out to keep all of the nice things he gets blessed with.

Texian Doc's last post reminds me of when I get up the next morning and read some of what I wrote the previous night about 30 minutes after I've taken an ambien.

Haven't done that in a while....that I can remember.

But I must say I like that Celtic Cross in the Doc's avatar.

So the Ambien dis-inhibits you enough to admit what you suppress saying all day? I'm fairly medication free - unless you count a splash of adult beverage in my Whataburger Coke, last night. I just have to filter my words around a few people...pretty much everyone else in my life knows where I stand.

Thanks for the compliment on the Cross. I thought about making my avatar a picture of an illuminated page from the Book of Kells...it was a bit large.

"Inhibition" is not in my vernacular. I just don't remember posting when on the ambien, and/or I tend to get a bit long winded. Maybe the ambien reduces my normal level of keyboard frustration.
