I'm starting to get a little concerned with the resurgence of this thread...........one might infer from it's increase in participation that we are goal-oriented.

I agree but Inman's Turkey Sausage is just that......... TURKEY......
It's a kosher kinda thang..............besides I don't like mechanically separated chicken. I don't like anything with feathers as I have previously stated here..........
