Navy Seals v. Abbott

I see the Navy Seals, aka Austin Hill Country, has an upcoming game against Abbott. This question traverses several threads with regard to public v. private and the validity/necessity of rankings, but here it goes. The rankings suggest the Seals are about 8 points better than Abbott. Is that realistic?
