Motley County and Turkey Valley

Both of these teams are well coached year in and out. I believe MC has been to playoffs 8 straight, while Valley has been 16 straight. So, why aren't these teams a big rivalry if they only sit 30 minutes apart? That is pretty close together for that part of the country.

MC is a charter member of D2. Until this last realignment, Valley has usually been in the top half of D1 in numbers.

Additionally, Valley-MC have just never had that rivalry feel in the 16 years I've been around them.
