Any recent report from High Island? I know it's the 30' above sea level mentioned on another thread, on the salt dome with the oak motte. But the way Port Arthur and Beaumont were hammered in the last 48 hours I figure H.I. got pounded hard if they didn't flood.
Likely several schools in multiple cities and towns may forego multiple sports this year. Just getting the schools open again will take will take a huge amount of action and money for some. Replacing a warped gym floor may be a low priority. Then again when a football field dries out I guess it's still useable?
