Hudl Assist

Curious if anyone is getting much use out of Hudl assist? I know they have made sone strides to do better with Sixman. Spoke with our rep today and it was cheaper than I thought. Just trying to get some opinions before we pull the trigger.

The school I am at used it every game two years ago and it was pretty accurate. Takes about a day or so to get it back from Hudl Assist but I would say it comes back at about 95% accurate on whats going on. We will continue to use it though.

We have it but I think we may get rid of it.

Used it in the past and it's not bad, gets it right most of the time. I'm a stats junky though and prefer to do them myself so we eventually got rid of it.

It also will depend on how you want to use assist. We found it difficult using it to scout upcoming opponents because we would need the results faster than assist could get it to us.

If you are using it for self scout, the 2 day delay will not be a big deal. It will also be able to handle statistics like Run/Pass%, Play Direction %, and easily trackable stats. If you are looking to use it to track formations and play calls you will probably be better off manually entering that information.
