High Island has an opening for Head Girls Basketball. We are searching for a strong candidate to take over a girls basketball program that has struggled over the past couple of years. We have a strong 8th grade class that is moving up that went 10-1 on the season.
Teaching: High School Math certified, other subjects are possible (no P.E. or Health only applicants)
Coaching: Head Girls Basketball (experienced), spring sport, other coaching duties could be available depending on applicants experience.
Salary: State base plus $3,000 for teaching, $3,000 for Head Girls Basketball, per sport stipend also paid for additional sports coached. Low-cost school housing will be available
