My brother Mike and I started this event five years ago. First year, we had only three games. Then, we added a fourth the second and third years. Last year was the first time, we had five games in one day. It was nothing but six-man football action from 11 a.m, til about 11 p.m.
We've got great teams coming in. If I am not mistaken we have 5 of the top 11 schools playing this year. check out the website.

We'll have live music in the evening.
If you shoot a dove or two, look me up at the stadium, Jim Ferguson, and I'll make sure we grill it for you....
There's a couple of good places to eat...the Koffee Kup Family Restaurant is famous for its pies, Lilly's has good Mexican food, Texas Trails serves a great hamburger (ask for it on a sour dough bun). But, Jerry Gilliland will be grilling burgers at the stadium. He's a legend! He's been cooking for about 30 years every Friday night. The Stone Slab creamery is coming over from Stephenville. If you are heading through Stephenville, stop at Montana's across from Tarleton and get the cheese fries.
Also, we are admitting coaches, players and students from all six-man schools FREE. Just show an ID.
Each year this event has gotten bigger and better.
You might want to talk to Rod Townsend, Hico supt., about a double-header. Hico is a great place to for a playoff game
