Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Head Coach for the district’s volleyball and basketball programs.
- Plan, organize, and implement effective practices, game strategies, and off-season programs.
- Foster a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, accountability, and student development.
- Supervise and support assistant coaches as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with all UIL, district, and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, administrators, and the community.
- Promote academic success and leadership development among student-athletes.
Qualifications:
- Prior volleyball and/or basketball coaching experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of UIL rules and athletic program operations.
- Commitment to building relationships and a positive school culture.
- Ability to motivate and develop student-athletes at all levels.
