I could write a chapter in that book.

Do you need any notes on how to be pathetic enough to get a really hot chick to feel sorry for you?

At least that's how She Who Must Be Obeyed said it worked.

I just started Amity Schlaes' book "The Forgotten Man" about the great depression and Hoover's and FDR's responses to it. I had already known that for the most part, Roosevelt took what Hoover had already done and quadrupled down on it with a few wrinkles of his own, mostly copied from Stalin and Mussolini. Most of that is stuff that was tried again in a small way by Bush 2 and then tenfold increased by 0bama. Same old stale statist garbage and getting the same results, taking what should have been another pothole in the road and turning it into a grand canyon.

I heartily recommend reading it, especially for any of the low information voters on this board who voted for 0bama in 2012.

You mean those folks can read?

Yeah, some have college degrees........

So does he...of course, it seems to be from a school where no one remembers him attending, but why should that matter?

I just started another book written by Tom Kratman, "A Desert Called Peace". He is a retired LT. Col (Army).

So far it is a pretty good read. I have been saving him for a while and finally took the plunge last week. I had read some books he did as a co-writer with John Ringo.
