Goal Post Question

We are making the transition to 6 man next year.

I need some help with the goal posts.

Is it 9 feet from ground to top of the cross bar or bottom of it?

Is it 12' 6 from center post to inside or outside of the upright?

It's 9 feet from the ground to the top of the crossbar and 25 feet from inside to inside of the two uprights.
