Game opportunity being missed!!

Can the Tapps TCAL Rule be pardon for 2020,Covid has already stolen away so many games from these kids already. We have teams needing/begging to play games but can't play because of this rule!
I understand mistake were made in the pass,but what happened to second chances and those program that are affected by it now years later. "Let'em Play"

Late to the party but I HIGHLY doubt this will change soon. These two have been going after each other for years and the tcaf keeps reaping the fallout. Texas football can be a dirty business and there is deep bad blood between those two. tcal getting into 11man a few years back just made it worse
