Game of the Week?

A lot of 45's listed in the spreads. Gorman over Strawn by 16 is about as interesting as it get's in the top 10's.

Gorman by hanging with Milford, not getting 45'd, loosing by 24 moved them up 7 spots in the rankings to #9 in D1. They brought back some talent per DCTF. So did Milford, loosing Ta'Ron and Schrotke.

# 4 in D1, BC brought back a good bit. Strawn lost a Lot. They lost by 29.

My Hound's might get thumped but ya never know.

I'd like to be there, it's not far away, yelling encouragement to the Hounds. But my hip hurts. I'll likely have to listen to Cliff again, which is still good. Just not the same as being there. Go if you can. Might be worth seeing in person.

Listen here if you can't.

Hey 5111, check into a spinal stimulator for that hurtin’ Hip. I got one about 3 months ago and it really helped mine......... not going to be sprinting the bleachers anytime soon but it helps a great deal.........

Thanks for the suggestion Smokey. I'll ask about it. I go to a pain management specialist next Tuesday. This has been going on for two months now. First they thought Bursitis. Pills, then a steroid shot. Then an x-ray and another steroid shot at an orthopedists after he said a tiny bit of arthritis from the x-ray. Then an MRI, a little more arthritis than he first thought but still not enough to cause this much pain. The worst I've ever had on an extended basis. Orthopedist said no need for a hip replacement and no tumors, good news! Had me try a nerve pill prescription, no help. Tried a cane as he suggested, didn't seem to help, just keep hobbling every where. Can't over about 20 yards, can't do much of anything around the house or at work not done from sitting on my ass. Sent me back to my regular doc for pain management. I shouldn't whine, on here in public but I'm about exasperated.

If anybody needs another reason to go to this game Gorman has a cool old stadium. Rock fence around it, rock/cement bleachers on the visitor side. Built in the 1930's by the WPA. Take a stadium seat or something to sit on, hard on your butt if it goes a full game. The picture doesn't do it justice.

Oh okay, well if that is the case then I would like to discuss the impact that the industrial revolution had on frisbee golf...

Since the Industrial Revolution began around 1760, I kinda doubt it impacted Frisbee Golf very much other than allowing people more free time to engage in meaningless pastimes.........kinda like what we are doing here.........
