El Paso Jesus Chapel (TAPPS 1A) is seeking to hire Christian coaches to lead our Varsity Boys Basketball program, Varsity Boys Flag Football program (Looking to move back to 6 man football), and Asst. Track.
The person is to have:
- a strong relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ
- church centered
- experience coaching specific sport
- ability to organize a program for grades 6-12
- schedule and organize practices
- work well with other sports programs
- follow school's strength and conditioning program
- strong communication skills with parents, players, coaches, and others
- follow school's procedures and code of conduct
- mentor and develop our young men
