DII Dist 14 New Begiinings

At least two new coaches in this district, thus very slow start understandable. Cherokee and Oglesby show the most promise here, with Prairie Lea a good ways off right now.

My Predictions:
1. Cherokee
2. Oglesby
3. Prairie Lea

District will probably be decided next week with Cherokee and Oglesby show down. Cherokee has been the stronger team, but Oglesby has shown improvement over the course of the season. If you are going to see any game in this district this would be the one. Rising Star has bowed out and will not play apparently. Good luck Dist 14 players and fans.

Congratulations to the Tigers! You have righted the ship and improved each week. Coach Jack is a good encourager and fine role model!

 

[Oglesby32]

Oglesby looked really good Friday night against Cherokee, with the bulk of their talent being juniors, things look good for the tigers in the future. Coach Jack Graves has them disciplined and inspired. They have some athletes on that team, with a stout defense.
