That in 1984 there were 62 teams that now play 6-man football that were in a higher classification...55 were in 1A and 7 of them were in class 2A: 2As were Hart, Paducah, Petersburg, Lorenzo, Rotan, Marfa, Karnack...plus one more soon to be 6-man in White Deer...also a 2A school in 1984 was Southlake Carroll!
