Crowded football question

I'm breaking down 11 man football film and i see #7 playing center in a Wing-t formation. Give me the rules on this, i have see him play center in both a running and passing play?

#7 Can play any position he wants including snapper. However, in a non-scrimmage kick formation there must be 5 other players on the line of scrimmage numbered 50-79.

Example 1 (assume 4 backs in the backfield) 80 54 58 7 65 67 52 Legal formation

Example 2: (assume 4 backs in the backfield) 80 54 58 7 65 67 85 Illegal formation

JasonTX is right that he can legally serve as the snapper. What he can't do, however, is go downfield on a play where there is a forward pass that crosses the neutral zone. He isn't illegal to serve as an interior lineman, but he is ineligible as a receiver.
