I want to congratulate the Corpus Christi Annapolis Christian School Warriors on an outstanding football season. This team set a school record for most wins in a season (10) and delievered many exciting games. Though they fell short in defending their TCAL title, the team came within a couple of questionable calls of their second TCAL title in a row and third in seven years. In fact, they played two of the most exciting games in the playoffs that I have seen in a long while.
I also want to congratulate Coach Daniel Borrer and Coach Robert Schmidt on a job well done. These men coach with class and teach/coach the game the way it should be played and it is certainly evident in how their players respond. They had to overcome adversity with the lost of players to injury and other circumstances, yet continued to adapt and overcome while never making excuses and giving God the glory in every way. They are a credit to their school and to the coaching ranks.
