Just wanted to send my congratulations to the play-off teams (Lucas Christian and Ft Worth Hill School) for their hard-fought and outstanding victories on Saturday over the Western District teams from El Paso.

Lucas beat El Paso Faith 70 - 25 in Lucas with the game ending in the latter part of the fourth quarter.

Ft Worth Hill beat El Paso Immanuel 76 - 63 in El Paso, but the game was not that close as the final quarter saw EP Immanuel score a couple of times in the last couple of minutes. Props to EP Immanuel (#4, #10, #11, #12, #18, #23, #25, #32, and more) for not giving up until the final whistle blew. Extra props to Hill School for winning on the road!!! It is quite a trip (both ways). I am sure the trip home was a lot shorter with the win!

I know the game in El Paso was truly fun to watch with good sportsmanship on both sides. Did not hear a full game report from Lucas.
 
Faith has some fast boys ill tell ya that. lol it seemed like QBs from both teams couldnt get rollin! alot of overthrown passes that could have easily been TDs. One of Faith's players was ejected for gettin in a fight with one of ours. im not exactly sure what happened because i was chasing a scrambling quarter back lol :]

anyways. good job hill school, and its traveling time for lucas this week :] goin to midland saturday.. im really excited. and we'll see what teams end up in STATE!!!
 
Congrats 22 in lucas and your team. You guys played a real good game. And good luck next week in Midland. You guys have the talent and skill to win
