Congratulations to Lucas Christian Academy on winning the TCAF Division 1 state title last Saturday in Trent. It has been my great pleasure to have been your coach for the past eight years. Some of my greatest moments in life has been watching you play from the best seat in the house. I know how hard you have worked for this and your hard work has finally paid off. Thanks also to Coach Nathan Layman, Coach Charlie Cheashire, and Coach Dave Portillo whose help made my job so much easier.
To Coach Jauz and the Midland Trinity team thanks for such a great game. A game that was only decided on the last play as time expired and by only 4 points. If my memory serves me right, this was our fourth meeting in post season play, and again if my memory serves me right we are 2 and 2. We wish you all the best as you go to Tapps next season and we will be following your success there.
