Christ the King vs. Nazarene Christian

Christ the King defeated Nazarene Christian 71-70 in a game that came down to the wire. Christ the King held on on a 4th down and converted to a 1st down with about 50 seconds left. Christ the King held the clock to the end and added to their record of 3-1 to make it 4-1. Next week they play Wichita Christian at home as their district opener.

we are looking forward to coming out and playing you guys this week. This is a very much improved WCS team from last year. It should prove to be a great game. I believe it will come down to whos defense can step up and stop the other O. WCS's only losses have come to 2 pretty good UIL teams, Chilicothe and Guthrie. Both games were withen 15 points. The good thing about our district format is as good of a game as I believe this will be, we get to do it again in a few weeks!

Lots of offense. Sadly, little defense. The local Fox affiliate called it the score of the week. Nazarene definitely has some talent.

defense got slow in the 4th allowing for a huge comeback. Defense is ready to step up against Wichita Christian this coming week.
