CH Harvey Passes Away

I just got a notification that CH Harvey passed away. He was a huge fan of six-man football and was the founder of the Texas Six-Man Independent Bowl series. During his years in the sport he would call randomly to talk about the series and what he was trying to do for the kids. Sometimes those call would go on forever (I know several of you who got those calls as well). One time he told me a story about how he and his workers were using his boats after Hurricane Harvey to help rescue people in the flooding. I was just amazed at how he just cared about helping people.

Oh, those calls could go on forever ha-ha but what an amazing man he was. He loved COACHING AND LOVED KIDS. I was his announcer for the independent bowl series when they first kicked off and what a time it was. He nicknamed me "The Mouth Of The South". I will miss him.
