Appreciate that ... according to the list I keep (which includes some "on the fence" schools and those who are in leagues or play independently) ... here's what I show

UIL/public schools 139
independent high school teams 8
TAPPS teams 61
TCAF teams 26
T-CAL teams 30
(total independent/tapps/t-cal/tcaf = 125)

And that number is probably wrong, but it's pretty close. My guess is in about 6 years, the non-UIL number will be higher than the UIL count.

You are good! TCAL is at 30 and hopefully will hit 40 before Feb 21. I am very optimistic that we (TCAL) will hit 50 by next season.
