Breckenridge Football Classic for Zero Week

Breckenridge is hosting a football Classic during Zero week and they are interested in six-man schools playing during this weekend classic. Breck will play on friday and they are looking for teams to play on Thursday and Saturday and would love to have some six-man teams involved in this Classic. They are putting in new field turf and have new dressing facilities as well. Just got off the phone with John Richey and he informed me that the winning team in each game would receive a trophy and they would choose and outstanding player from each team. They would also provide locker name tags for each player on the team and for the coaches as a momento from the game. Borden county had already committed to the Rumble in the Jungle at Trent. They would have loved to have participated in the Breck. thing, but could not break their prior committment to play New Home on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Not real sure who is playing in Breck just yet, but they are really trying to make it a very nice and memorable weekend. First class situation, with new turf, new dressing facilities and a trophy to the winner and for players of the game for each team. Sounds fun!
