Because the most notable common opponent was Buena Vista,

GC 52- BV 36 full game
The other 2 common opponents(Sterling City, Klondike) don't give a true comparison, because they could both be 45'd by an average team. Unless someone has the defensive numbers allowed to these teams by GC & BC (1st downs allowed, yards allowed etc.).

Garden city has an opportunity to take this....but they have to play perfect. I’m rooting for them but I know it’s gonna be a battle.

Buena Vista was missing a lot of key players vs BC. I'm not saying they would of won, but the game would of definitely been closer. On another note, GC is a good ball club, but I don't think they match up well with BC. I'll take Borden by 3 scores, but I hope I'm wrong and Coach Jones and company advance.
