Christian Heritage seeks a passionate and dedicated Athletic Director to lead our Christ-centered, student-focused athletic program for the 2025-26 school year. The ideal candidate will align with the school's mission and core values, fostering the spiritual, physical, and mental development of student-athletes while promoting excellence, integrity, and character. The Athletic Director will oversee all aspects of the athletic department, working closely with administration, faculty, coaches, and parents to ensure a program that equips students to become Christ-like leaders on and off the field. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a heart for mentoring young athletes through a classical Christian education framework.
The Athletic Director will be responsible for leading and developing the coaching staff, managing team logistics, ensuring compliance with league requirements, and fostering a culture that prioritizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and spiritual growth. In addition, the AD will collaborate with school leadership to align the athletic program with the broader educational mission of CHCS, steward resources wisely, and engage with parents and the community to support student success.
