Aquilla at Bynum

Great game tonight. Bynum fought hard but couldn't pull out a win. Aquilla is a very good team but is beatable.

It was a good game. Aquilla didn't do as well as I expected, possibly because Bynum brought their A game. The bulldogs may have lost, but they were still impressive. If they keep it up, they will take 2nd in district.

I did miss the spread this week. Bynum is better than expected. If Penelope or Abbott underestimate them, Bynum will win. I won't do the "Aquilla had a bad night" thing. Bynum played hard & gave the cougars one hell of battle. Those boys earned my respect & support.

David come on! Reallly? You're still whining about the refs? 25 points doesn't give you much room to gripe about the officiating! And I say that goes both ways to be honest with you. I don't know if you saw the two guys grabbing a hold of Abbott's guard when he was releasing on a pass route a few times. I may have to check my rulebook but I think that's defensive holding or Pass interference or something. There may have been some missed calls but don't act like that affected the outcome of the game!

I spray the orange on before game time, but I may find out what they think about it in a couple of weeks.
I told the boys I would dye it orange if they went undefeated in district.
