I read somewhere on here Pine Drive is hosting a 1st Scrimmage.....
Isn't that a 5 mile drive to Dickinson, I'm sure you can get in that scrimmage.
I'm thinking I read.... NOT QUOTE ME ON THESE, but I think I recall these teams

Conroe Covenant

Dog ... I know some of youse guys like to rattle each other's chain over in Alvin and Dickinson, but a five or six team scrimmage becomes a nightmare.
Three or four is a nice number ... we've had a couple where six show up (sometimes, one or two of them show up either unannounced or someone who called a few months before asking about coming but never committed); seems every year I gotta go and redo the scrimmage schedule at about 8:50 am on Saturday morning for a 9:00 scrimmage.
Plus, lots of guys don't like to scrimmage district teams.

Pine Drive hosted an 8 team scrimmage in 2011 and Community Christian (Orange) was in it and we were in the same district. We even scrimmage each other, Pine Drive Offense vs. Community Christian Defense.
It was then, I saw the huge evolution in which Community Christian took throughout the season.
They went from being pretty basic (1st yr, 1st ever game) to a pretty good unit by the time the season ended.
Their coaching staff did a great job with them in one season.

It could be done, but I think I'll wait until September 28 (week 4)
But as nice as I am,
I'd let him in if he/AD called and we could possibly work out something as to NO Pd vs Ls in the scrimmage
