That dominating performance came without LC top 2 upbacks. It made a huge difference. Not saying they beat oakwood, but its a much closer game. Aquilla has a great team, no doubt... but if the tailback isnt there... oakwood may be too much for them in the end. I think the district match ups split. Oakwood and Abbott the winners.

Aquilla scrimmaged Oakwood earlier this season and Oakwood only scored once. Both teams played Milford, and Aquilla won by a much larger margin with a healthy Bulldog team on the field, and the Milford players have made statements that there is no comparison to the 2 teams, that the Cougars will DOMINATE Oakwood, much like they have most of the time this season! Then there is the fact that Aquilla 45'ed Oakwood last year and 3 of the players are back on offense and defense. Oakwood's district is weak and Dist 14 is one of the toughest, if not the toughest in the state! Abbott will have a cake walk over LC and the Cougars will come out on top against Oakwood, Aquilla has too many weapons with their full team back for Oakwood to stop!!!
