5th down play

Reminiscent of Colorado v. Missouri 1990. Team scores on a 5th down before half ( head ref admits mistake after halftime). Can that play be brought back if brought to the crews' attention and discussed prior to the extra point try? Side judge was coming to get our ball after the 4th down stop!
