was wondering what the penalty was for a illegal forward pass. automatic loss of down but is there a yardage penalty also or is the ball placed at the line of scrimmage with just the loss of down. happened on friday on an incomplete illegal forward pass but the officials did not walk off any yards.

It's going to be a lot closer then what people expect. I think it can go both ways. Sierra blanca has yet to be 45'd BOTH Loses by 8 points combined against a good fort Davis team an a hungry marfa team. Balmorea 45'd marfa so a 45 is expected. And they beat fort Davis by two points this ones...
