Yeah, I'd be perfectly fine with that too, as long as there's a winner. I'm a Cowboys fan and I would've much rather seen the Cowboys lose than the game end in a tie. I'm fully aware most folks may not feel the same way, but that's just how I see it. There needs to be a winner and a loser...
Am I the only one who thinks the NFL's overtime rules are 💩? A tie? I don't like it, at least not in the NFL. I think they should adopt the NCAA overtime rules. If, at the end of this new overtime quarter, the game is still tied, let's take it to an alternating 2-point conversion until there's a...
The next episode of Back Roads Podcast is up, with some of @TheWesp's thoughts on last week and a preview of what to watch out for this week.
Oh, and just to be clear, the "King Big Mike" shirt is NOT the t-shirt idea that I sent TheWesp! 🤦♂️
For those of you keeping score, The Toy went 107-18 (85.6%) overall this week. It also ended up with just a 31.85 point average spread error. Pretty good week overall for The Toy this week!

Great point here, and we've seen the affects of that already this season with at least one team. That said, I'm just happy to get all the scores submitted each week like we do. I won't push it for more, at least not for now. 😳
Since there aren't a ton of scores being posted in the forums anymore, I think we're probably safe to just start using a single thread for regular season, then I'll just create another one for the playoffs.
As always, the preferred way to get scores in is to post them directly to our scores...
I've been working on this one for several years now and can't make it any better than it already is. Not saying it can't happen but this one is dialed in pretty darn good already!
I'd imagine if you look hard enough there are probably teams that would be picked to be 45 point favorites over a team that would 45 them instead. It's definitely not a perfect system, but it's also definitely the best one of its kind, especially for six-man football.
