I was watching a 6 man game in person 2 years ago - in Houston area, it was 4th and short and the QB was under center. The conversion was successful for a few yards. 3 or 4 if I recall. I think I observed the QB take the snap under center and then give it back to the center surreptitiously...

1- Get Cheap trashcans and use for Scout team alignment when you are on Offense. Run the plays vs how you expect them to align, Maybe put #7 at key block/location - Asst Coach at key positions in lieu of cans. 2- Half line is another option

Thanks for reply. Many times we play on 100/120 yard 11 man field vs 80/100 yard 6 man field. The field is adjusted by pylons. I would ask to move forward 10 yards for a FG/XP since the field is longer on those attempts. Example on a 100/120 yard field marked down to 80/100 would have Goal...
