I know it won't take long for this thread to get hijacked, but I have to brag on my Junior High boys team at White Deer. We went 8-0 in football, 14-0 in basketball, and won all three track meets. It was an amazing year for all involved.

I have read articles on both sides. I "think" if there is swelling then ice is good initially. Soreness needs lots of fluids and warmth to flush the system. I leave it as an option. If they think it helps I let them have a short one.

I have to brag. Andrew rushed for 615 yards on 35 carries and 11 td's last night against Hart. Just wondering, how does this rate all time.
