Simplest way that we taught was "Gap, On, Area" Get your base plays down like this and then go into more complex things. Teach your kids "if ball goes here...how do you think we should block it?"

ChatGPT is a wonderful tool if you figure out how to use it properly. I'm not sure how it would work for spreads, but I bet it could work given a little patience.
