How many 6-man youth leagues are currently active and what communities play in them?

Aquiila, Abbott, Milford, Blum, Covington, Kopperl, Penelope all participate in a youth tackle league.

Saint Jo has a 6 man youth league. I believe it goes flag for the young kids all the way up to tackle for the older group.
